I reached out to Comfort Experts for replacing my HVAC and some sections of duct that got flooded. Mike himself came out to look at my unit and ductwork. He did a thorough inspection of everything, explained what he saw in a way that is easy to understand, then gave me a very fair price and didn't try to upsell me on anything. He even recommended against certain add-ons.
The installation team, Shane, Larry, Chris, and Chris, was also outstanding. Polite and professional at all times, they worked until past 7 p.m. to get the unit running and then cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. It's clear that this company takes pride in quality work and integrity, and I highly recommend anyone looking for HVAC services to give them a try.

I felt like they were putting in an air conditioner and heater in their own home. They left no stone unturned when it came to making sure everything was in perfect working order before they left.
When they arrived, they explained who they were. They were so kind and worked so hard. They covered all my flooring so that nothing would get dirty or scratch.
They worked together as a great team. They complemented each other well. They did absolutely everything to perfection and repeatedly told me they would not leave until everything was exactly how they saw fit.
They worked hard to teach me how to use the thermostat. They cleaned up after themselves. I honestly felt like they were taking care of my home like it was their prize possession. That is very hard to find in workers. I told them that they were the best workers that I’ve ever had in my entire life, and I mean that.
They were so perfect when they came up with a plan to help me get more cold air to the front of my house. I was so impressed with the way that they spoke to each other in kindness and with respect. They spoke to me so sweetly and I really just am so grateful for this company. I’m grateful for these two men and the company is very lucky to have them.
