System is running great!
We have a geothermal unit with three zones. It had stopped cooling, and I saw that the evaporator coil was getting blocked with ice in a short period of time. We keep our filters pristine, so it had to be low charge. Most HVAC vendors do not work on geothermal. The one we used to use recently stopped servicing geothermal when their only qualified tech retired. We saw Comfort Experts had great reviews (4.9) with many responses. Chance was our tech and was very thorough in checking the system over. In the end, we needed 3# of refrigerant added. The likely source of the leak was there were missing caps on the refrigerant connections, and he replaced those for free. System is running great!

I Was Very Impressed With His Work
Lawton was great. He came and fixed my gas fireplace, which was not working. He spent about an hour removing and cleaning the entire unit. He explained everything he was doing and how the unit works. I was very impressed with his work, and the clean up was perfect. I will definitely use them again when needed.

Worked diligently in the cold attic
We needed a new drip pan for under our furnace and A/C unit. The unit was up in the attic lying horizontally, so it needed to be lifted up several inches to replace the pan underneath. Our technician Chance came on time on a very cold morning (22 degrees...BRRR!) and worked diligently in the cold attic for 2 hours to hoist up the unit and replace the pan and re-align all the drain pipes. God bless him!
