He didn’t try and sell us on anything we didn’t need and gave great suggestions. He explained everything he saw, completed and recommended, and even went over everything again once my husband got home. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

The technician, Chris, showed up on time with a new employee that he was mentoring/training. He inspected the indoor AC unit and found a couple things that could have led to much larger problems. He double-checked the work done by the trainee and assured me that all was done correctly. Routine maintenance with filter changes done too. I am happy with the professional service received today and will look forward to seeing this company again this fall.

I reached out to Comfort Experts for replacing my HVAC and some sections of duct that got flooded. Mike himself came out to look at my unit and ductwork. He did a thorough inspection of everything, explained what he saw in a way that is easy to understand, then gave me a very fair price and didn't try to upsell me on anything. He even recommended against certain add-ons.
The installation team, Shane, Larry, Chris, and Chris, was also outstanding. Polite and professional at all times, they worked until past 7 p.m. to get the unit running and then cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. It's clear that this company takes pride in quality work and integrity, and I highly recommend anyone looking for HVAC services to give them a try.
