Lawton Harris the technician provided us with the shape of each unit as he did the maintenance on our HVAC system in our home. We have been trying to find a company that was service minded and Comfort Experts proved to be just that! We’ve had a couple of companies that did not supply filters and change them for us. The first thing Lawton did was get the sizes of filters and change them. The $179 for 2 services a year I feel is very reasonable! This is also the first survey that I am taking the time to do after the service. Nice young man and got to work immediately, what else do you want!

Comfort Experts to the Rescue
When your home AC shuts down late on a Sunday night before you're about to leave town for a week... it becomes a task to find someone who can come early to help. Comfort Experts literally came to the rescue. The after-hours service took our information and got us in line to be seen as early as possible Monday morning. Techs arrived by 10 a.m. and had us back up and running in 2 hours after fixing the initial problem and some other concerns with our unit that the last company neglected or intentionally did not correct. Our techs were forthcoming with us and upfront about the costs for the repairs, parts, and labor prior to finishing. We will continue to use their service for our home. Thank you.
