LEXINGTON HVAC INSPECTION
Detailing the Needs of Your Heating & Cooling Systems
If you don’t want your air conditioner to fail when temperatures start to climb, or your furnace to act up when temperatures reach the freezing mark, it’s a good idea to have HVAC inspections. At Comfort Experts Heating & Cooling, we keep your heating and air conditioning systems running smoothly all year round, ensuring that all of Lexington stays comfortable, no matter the season.
If you already have a Preventative Maintenance Agreement with Comfort Experts Heating & Cooling, you can rest easy because we perform annual HVAC inspections and maintenance with checks that go beyond the typical “is your heater working”.
Why Get an HVAC Inspection
HVAC inspections are a great way to evaluate your heating and cooling systems. Whether you are buying a new home and want to see if the HVAC unit is up to snuff, or you are selling your home and want to ensure your systems don’t bring down the value of your property, or you are simply concerned about the wear and tear on an existing system, a professional inspection is the right answer. Our licensed team at Comfort Experts Heating & Cooling will walk you through the inspection process, and leave you with a detailed report card of your HVAC system. Beyond earning a certified letter of inspection, this service has a variety of benefits.
Benefits of an HVAC inspection include:
- Increase your comfort by keeping your air filters clean and free of debris
- Reduce your energy bills by ensuring your system isn’t overworking
- Improve your home’s indoor air quality by reducing buildup in your systems
What to Expect from Your HVAC Inspection
No matter the purpose of your HVAC inspection, we can help. Our licensed technicians check every aspect of your heating and cooling systems, and are prepared to answer any HVAC questions you might have.
We ensure your HVAC systems are:
- Operating safely, without issues like harmful gas leaks
- Running at optimal efficiency
- Not effected from wear and tear that could potentially slow down the unit
- Creating balanced and temperate air equally in all spaces
Once we are finished with our assessment, we will provide an HVAC Inspection Letter that will explain your system’s current condition, as well as suggested repairs or replacements that may be needed now or later. Requesting an inspection letter will only cost you $125 for the first system and $75 for each additional one. A small cost to pay for your peace of mind.
